Fine chocolate should be handled with care. It stores well in a cool, dry atmosphere at approximately 18° C (65° F). Due to the high cocoa butter content of our chocolate, changes in temperature may cause a light misting of "bloom" on the surface. If this occurs, do not be concerned. Although it affects the appearance, this slight whitening in no way alters the superb quality of taste of your Ganong chocolates.
