- 1/4 cup (60 mL)
- 4 cups (1 L) mini marshmallows
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
- 6 cups (1.5 L) popped popcorn
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Ganong Chicken Bones Bites, chopped
In Dutch oven or heavy-bottomed large saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat; stir in marshmallows. Cook, stirring, for about 3 minutes or until melted. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and popcorn until popcorn is well coated. Stir in chopped Chicken Bones® Bites.
With buttered hands, use 1/2-cup (125 mL) measure to shape mixture into 12 balls; set on parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Add lollipop stick to each ball; let dry slightly. Cover with plastic wrap or store in airtight container.
Tip: Use decorative straws as lollipop sticks.
